John Owens

CEO – Primis Mortgage

John is a master of many trades. He has the uncanny ability to blend his “your family is my family” philosophy and passion for growing communal corporate cultures with more than three decades of experience leading some of the mortgage industry’s most successful and innovative organizations. As a husband, father of three and companion to dogs, Lulu and Tebow, free time is a rare commodity. Yet he successfully founded and served as CEO at one of the largest collegiate baseball preparatory academies in the country, Showcase Baseball Academy, and added “author” to his resume, publishing the business book “Corporate Cure.”

Margaret Kronmueller

Chief Strategy Officer

We’re pretty sure that Margaret came out of the womb crunching numbers. She also brings to Primis Mortgage a palpable passion for achieving aggressive production goals and engineering inefficiency out of processes. While Margaret could easily evaluate data and analytics in her sleep, we’re glad she does it during her waking hours, maximizing performance and boosting earnings.

Pam Jenkins

Chief Operating Officer

With over 30 years of experience, Pam oversees strategic initiatives in loan origination and real estate financing, while fostering a culture of customer obsession that prioritizes client needs and satisfaction. Her leadership at Primis aligns with the company’s mission to advance the frontier of mortgage solutions through innovation and excellence.

Chris Blevins

National Sales Director

Chris is the all-around family man, even managing to corral his two daughters to work in the business. Surely this was their choice, but with Chris’ apparent dedication to the mortgage industry we can see what drew them in. Chris joined Primis Mortgage as National Sales Director in July 2022 and now oversees the sales and growth across the country from his base in the Houston area.

Michelle Maccagnano

Chief Compliance Officer

Michelle is truly an ace in our back pocket, and some might say a bit of a unicorn. While she can laugh with the best of them, she is also a force to be reckoned with, having worked for the FBI during law school and placing first at the shooting range. Michelle also has such a soft spot for animals that she helped care for baby gorillas in her hometown at the Buffalo Zoo.

Nick Owens

Managing Director of Capital Markets

If there’s one thing you should know about Nick, it’s that he never shies away from a challenge. From his baseball days at Virginia Tech to fitting in golf rounds between business trips, he’s always been drawn to the impossible—the perfect shot, the unpredictable market, and the constant adversity most people avoid. He dove headfirst into the financial industry through leadership development and project management roles, a foundation that eventually led him to the Primis Mortgage family. After more than three years immersed in Primis’ secondary markets, he fell in love with the strategy, numbers, and nonstop motion of the space. Now stepping into this new role, he brings the same competitive focus and steady resilience he applies to all aspects of his life.

Belinda Arender

President — Heartland Division

As far as Belinda is concerned, there’s no such thing as a corporate ceiling, let alone a glass one. As SVP and Tennessee Senior Market Leader for Primis Mortgage, her impressive success in leadership and loan production inspires others to achieve their own personal and professional goals.

Lee Williamson

Business Development Manager

If there’s a play to call, Lee is already three steps ahead. Before he was driving growth and building high-performing teams, his role as an NFL quarterback for the Houston Oilers taught him that success starts with trust, preparation, and the right people. Now he’s channeling that same mentality to create teams built to last. The game plan hasn’t changed—he’s just trading the playbook for strategy rooted in growth, culture, and collaboration.

Bobby Shull

Division Manager – Central Region

At 19, Bobby Shull learned one of his first big lessons: “If you can’t see the market, you create the market.” Since then he’s gone from selling pillows at flea markets to entering the mortgage industry selling loans door-to-door, and eventually to growing and leading successful origination teams for multiple top-tier mortgage companies. As the Divisional Sales Leader for the Central Region, Bobby combines more than two decades of industry experience with his passion for cultivating teams rooted in genuine obsession for people and relationships.

Ritchie Love

Divisional President – East Coast Division

If it wasn’t for a childhood hunting accident, Ritchie may have never left his first love of baseball, for what became his lifelong passion for home lending. As a Divisional President for the Carolinas at Primis Mortgage, Ritchie and his team work hard to offer an unparalleled experience for homeowners, industry partners and the greater community.

Robert O'Bday

Divisional President – East Coast Division

Robert is our resident beast. Not really, but kind of. Having completed over 13 Spartan Sprints, Supers and Beast races, this Divisional President is not afraid of a challenge in any terrain, including the mortgage world. Robert’s proven expertise in leading and motivating sales teams has helped Primis Mortgage team members and the company surpass targets and achieve revenue growth.

Kristin Martin

Regional Market Leader

You might not guess it on your first introduction, but Kristin balances her full-time efforts as a Primis Mortgage Regional Manager with her moonlight “weekend gig” homesteading on her ranch. On the clock, Kristin expands sales production across vertical markets and creates and maintains industry-wide and individual relationships based on trust and rapport.
